The paste filling machine uses servo-controlled filling valves to accurately control the filling volume and features anti-drip technology to prevent residue. The paste filling machine can accommodate various bottle mouth sizes by swapping the appropriate diameter filling nozzle, then adjusting the filling pressure and speed according to the viscosity. Use a servo system to precisely control the filling pressure and speed, combined with a stirred buffer tank to preserve the material’s quality and viscosity, and clean the pipeline regularly to prevent residue buildup.
