Linear capping machines are automated capping systems designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and food industries. These machines consist of cap elevators, cap sorters, cappers, conveyors, and rejection mechanisms. Bottles are automatically capped as they enter the workstation. Bottles are held in place by gripping mechanisms and then moved to the capping station, where caps are securely fastened. The use of specialized materials for the bottle gripping belts and friction wheels ensures durability and prevents damage to bottles and caps. After capping, the machine detects incorrectly placed or tilted caps, rejecting any defective products to ensure a high pass rate.
The control system uses a PLC-controlled color touch screen interface, making operation extremely convenient.
Quick adjustment mechanism: The position of the working parts can be quickly adjusted according to the size of the bottles and caps via a handwheel.
Parts in contact with bottles and caps are made of non-toxic, wear-resistant rubber and 304 stainless steel. The exterior of the machine is entirely made of 304 stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements.
The machine includes a cap sorter and cap feeding system, which work in conjunction with the capper, eliminating the need for manual sorting and feeding, thereby increasing production efficiency.
