The automatic single-sided labeling machine is mainly used for applying labels to the sides of round or square objects. The machine operates with stability and reliability, ensuring smooth label application and clear printing of dates and batch numbers (the printer allows for three rows). It features multiple control systems to automatically stop the machine in case of missing labels, broken labels, or missing bottles. Our machine can be integrated into a production line or operated individually. Custom printing functions are also available. This equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical industries, etc.

Yes, the labelling machine can be used to label irregular bottles and customized packaging. The feed system is adjustable and fits the bottle taper, making it easy and convenient to adjust products of different sizes. Additionally, we can customize the design and build labeling machines to meet your specific packaging needs.

Ensure the surface of the glass bottles and aluminium cans is clean and dry. Then adjust the labeling pressure and temperature according to the materials (e.g., glass or aluminium). Finally, use a food-grade adhesive that resists low temperature and humidity, and control the cure time to keep labels flat and secure.

The packaging machine uses a servo motor to precisely control the rhythm of conveying, picking, and box insertion. The visual inspection system captures the material/carton box position deviation in real time and will correct it dynamically with customized positioning fixtures to ensure the placement accuracy meets the packaging requirements.

You can enhance adhesion through improved hardware, alignment, and surface preparation. Start by customizing the label head and pressure mechanism to suit the irregular bottles. Then, use vision or mechanical devices to align the bottle positioning, synchronize the label feed with the conveyor, clean the bottle, and select a label stock that suits the bottle's shape.
