The horizontal small cylindrical product labeling machine is primarily designed for wrapping or semi-wrapping labels on small-sized products such as blood collection tubes, syringes, lipsticks, e-cigarettes, sausages, etc. It is especially suitable for labeling small batches of diverse products, capable of applying self-adhesive labels on flat, curved, cylindrical, and concave-convex surfaces.

Working Principle

The product and bottle are separated. When the sensor detects the product passing through, it sends a signal back to the labeling control system. The control system then controls the motor to position the label at the appropriate spot on the labeling machine. As the product flows through the labeling device, the label tape causes the product to rotate, and the label is rolled onto it, completing the labeling process.

The feed system is adjustable and fits the bottle taper, making it easy and convenient to adjust products of different sizes. Ensure the surface of the glass bottles and aluminium cans is clean and dry. Then adjust the labeling pressure and temperature according to the materials (e.g., glass or aluminium). Finally, use a food-grade adhesive that resists low temperature and humidity, and control the cure time to keep labels flat and secure.

The packaging machine uses a servo motor to precisely control the rhythm of conveying, picking, and box insertion. The visual inspection system captures the material/carton box position deviation in real time and will correct it dynamically with customized positioning fixtures to ensure the placement accuracy meets the packaging requirements.

You can enhance adhesion through improved hardware, alignment, and surface preparation. Start by customizing the label head and pressure mechanism to suit the irregular bottles. Then, use vision or mechanical devices to align the bottle positioning, synchronize the label feed with the conveyor, clean the bottle, and select a label stock that suits the bottle's shape.
