The automatic vertical cartoner employs a vacuum carton suction mechanism to feed cartons into the starwheel. Empty cartons are transferred by the starwheel to Folding Mechanism 1, where the carton bottom is sealed. Afterward, products are manually inserted into the cartons, and the starwheel then moves the cartons to Folding Mechanism 2 to seal the cartons. Finally, the starwheel transfers the finished cartons to the carton pusher for output.
