In May 2023, ROY and Miguel from Mexico ordered a complete high-speed daily chemical product filling, capping, labeling, and shrink wrapping line from our company. The complete line includes an automatic bottle feeder, bottle unscrambler, 12-head piston filling machine, 8-head rotary servo capping machine, two cap sorters, one shrink sleeve labeling machine, one shrink tunnel, one dryer, and a finished product collection turntable.

The customer required the line to be compatible with a total of seven products, including round cap bottles, spray cap bottles, pump cap bottles, and foam cap bottles.

After multiple video conferences, email communications, and a third-party factory inspection, the final scheme and detailed drawings were confirmed.
