Send us your product information and packaging requirements, including pictures, dimensions, and speed. We will recommend suitable models and provide video references. We may ask for pre-production samples to confirm if a standard model is suitable or if customization is needed.
After completing the order production, we will also test the machine using your samples (if any) and send you the operation video to confirm that it runs well and is suitable for your product before arranging final payment and shipment.

After confirming order requirements, we will send a contract via email. Production begins after deposit payment. Upon completion, we will send test videos for confirmation, then arrange final payment and shipment. We export to over 150 countries and can provide references to verify our business.

Machines are packed in export wooden cases and shipped by air, courier, or sea to ensure safe delivery. Quotes are usually EXW terms, but we can arrange export shipping to port or door, including FOB, CIF, or DAP terms.

Most machines come pre-assembled and ready to use. We provide installation and operation videos and offer remote assistance. If necessary, we can send technicians on-site, with travel, visa, accommodation, and wages covered by the buyer.

One-year warranty from the shipping date. During this period, we will ship replacement parts for non-man-made failures (excluding consumables) at our expense. After the warranty, we continue to offer replacement parts at discounted prices. Send us photos or videos of any issues, and we will provide technical support promptly, including text, video, and online meetings.
