Our long-term customer from the UAE (United Arab Emirates) has placed another order for a milk powder production line.
Overview of the customer's previous milk powder line ordered in 2021:
Machines ordered: two bottle unscramblers, feeding machine, one dual-head linear powder filling machine, three automatic vacuum can sealing machines, etc.
We requested the customer to send samples for testing and adjusting the machines to ensure the best compatibility and adaptability with their product.
Based on the customer's site and the actual can dimensions, we customized the machines to meet their speed requirements:
The largest can sample sent by the UAE customer requires filling 2.5KG of milk powder, which exceeds the standard scope of the vacuum nitrogen sealing machine.

Upon arrival of the machines at your factory, if required, our technicians will come to your location to install and test the machines and train your workers (training duration depends on your workers). Costs, including airfare, food, hotel, and local travel expenses, should be covered by you, and you need to pay the technicians $50 per day. Alternatively, you can receive training at our factory.
If any issues arise with the machines, our technicians will promptly visit your location to repair the equipment.
